Only Hamann have the guts to modify the work of Abarth nutters! Apparently they found the standard Fiat 500 too cheap for their treatment so they went for the 500 Abarth and the EsseEsse version and as they say turned if from a friendly bauble car into a wild beast! They provide different stages of engine upgrade and you can have it with 160hp, 180 hp, 210, 240 hp and with the full fat HS CINQUECENTO 575 kit, 275 hp! 275 hp is a car the size of a shoe …

Obviously they couldn’t leave the other related parts unchanged now that they’ve given the car a volcano. So they offer a self-locking differential which allows a locking capacity of up to 50 percent and therefore significantly increases the traction, sports lower suspensions and newly developed 18-inch LARGO FORGED ANODIZED wheels as well as upgraded brakes.

Good at engineering they might be, but as usual Hamann sucks at styling! The car’s aero kit with its front skirt, side wings and rear skirt and indeed the two-tone color and that hideous grille, is far from pretty. That rear diffuser is also way too big for the 500. For the interior, they ad a couple of aluminum parts to complete the Abarth job.
