If you thought that with the new 5.5 liter V8 Biturbo AMG will kill their magnificent 6.3 liter V8, we are glad to report it’s just not the case. Legitimate sources are saying that Mercedes is developing a coupe version of the stunning C63 AMG powered by a tuned version of the same V8. This car which can be considered as CLK63’s successor, will rival BMW M3 and Audi RS5.
So if AMG wants to challenge the M3 and the RS5, they are going to need 500 hp which is not difficult to get from that 6.3 liter power house. But they must do something about the car’s wild handling as well. The C63 is the opposite of the M3. The Bimmer is posed and balanced, while the Merc prefers being insane and thrilling! So while the M3 is faster around the track, C63 is much more fun.
Rumors also say that a Black Series version of this car is also in the works, which will try to be even better than the current CLK Black.
better because we dont drive on the track…Most normal people drive ther cars on the road. speaking for my self, I think most people enjoy the comfort of driving on highways ect..
