At the RETTmobil expo Mercedes will present the SLS Emergency Medical concept, which to be honest in a normal SLS just wrapped in some foil to look like an ambulance!
It is the coolest ambulance ever. Sure it won’t be able to take patients to hospital because well, it’s a two-seater sports car. But it can take medial personnel to the scene very very quickly. This of course is a concept car. I don’t think anyone’s insurance would cover a ride in an SLS ambulance!
The 200,000 Euro car features a 6.2 liter 563 bhp V8 engine, a dual-clutch gearbox and AMG witchcraft underneath which makes it a sweet handling car. One more thing I just though of, the spine-tingling noise this V8 makes is probably not very good for sick people! The SLS medical car is also fitted with communication systems and light bar on the roof.
