Back in June, Subaru Rally Team USA driver David Higgins set an incredible record at the Mt. Washington Hillclimb, setting a time of 6 minutes 11 seconds. That a healthy 30 seconds faster than the previosu record set in 1998. Higgins also beat Travis Pastrana’s unofficial record of 6 minutes 20 seconds.
