Here’s an early look at the next generation BMW 3-Series sedan, due in 2012.

this rendering has been made based on the recent revealing spyshots of the new 3er, and seem to be very close to the reality. As expected, the car draws more than a few cues from the current 5-series, but gets a unique face, which is more aggressive than the 5er.

That goes well with the sporty character of the 3-Series and makes it more exciting. The current 3er has always been criticized for being too bland and uninspiring. This one, at least in this rendering, seems alright! It can also make a good-looking M3.

The new BMW 3-Series will be revealed at 2012 Geneva Motor Show.
