With the new generation Mercedes SLK 55 AMG, the brand is introducing a new naturally aspirated V8, based on the full-fat biturbo version.
This diet AMG V8 features a range of fuel saving technologies, chief among which a sophisticated cylinder shut-off system by which cylinders two, three, five and eight are cut off under partial load.
