BMW launched a dedicated microsite for customizing the new 2012 3-Series.
Online car configurators, for most models, are just some toys to keep the kids happy. But this one is actually important, because a lot of people will be buying the new 3-Series. This online tool can save them a great deal of time at the showroom.
The configurator includes the basic features such as color and interior trims. It also offers a wide range of alloys to choose from, luxury trims, optional extras, and even the M Sport package.
Engine-wise, you get the 328i and 335i models with petrol engine and the 320d and 320d EfficientDynamics diesel versions. The base car is priced between 35,350 euros (320d) and 43,600 euros (335i).
