The diesel-powered version of the new BMW 6-Series will launch in the UK next week starting at £62,080 for SE models and £66,745 for modes with M Sport pack seen here and in the video after the jump.

The car is powered by BMW’s 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged in-line six-cylinder unit producing 313hp at 4,400rpm and 630Nm of torque from only 1,500rpm. It goes from zero to 62mph in 5.5seconds and reaches an electronicallylimited top speed of 155mph.

The most astonishing factor about it however is the incredible fuel economy, which is 51.4mpg on the combined cycle with CO2 emissions of 145g/km. That’s great for a car of this type.

We also have to say the new 6er looks gorgeous in white. So what we have here is the perfect BMW 6-Series. It has decent power and speed, it is hugely economical, and it looks fantastic. What else do you want!
