Special and limited editions are a good source of income for BMW. So they keep making them, and here’s a new one for the American market.

This Frozen Silver M3 had beeno ffered in Europe before, but now BMW is making another 40 for the States.

Frozen Silver features a cool matte paint job which is stunning to look at but hard to maintain. It is also garnished with black chrome detailing, M3 GTS 19-inch wheels, and black exhaust tips.

Based on the M3 Competition Edition, the car also gets a modified interior with Black Novillo leather upholstery with Palladium Silver accents, special door sills, Alcantara steering wheel, and a bewildering array of M logos wherever you look.

Power comes from the same old 420 hp 4.2 liter V8, but gets M sport suspension and chassis setting and does 0 to 60 mph in 4.5 seconds.

Pricing for the BMW M3 Frozen Silver starts at $81,060.
