Chevrolet Cruze family gets expanded even further at this year’s Geneva Motor Show, with the introduction of the new Cruze Station Wagon.
So from 2013 you will be able to choose between the sedan, hatchback, coupe (if it gets the go ahead) or station wagon, depending on your needs. That is of course if want a Cruze in the first place. Most people do, as it was Chevrolet’s most successful model last year.
Chevrolet has tried its best to make sure the station wagon version is not a disappointing car, so they give it some very impressive features. It has, for example, 1,500 litres of load space and will be getting a a new 130bhp 1.7-litre VCDi diesel engine, with start-stop technology as standard and CO2 emissions of 119g/km.
A number of exterior and interior styling changes are being introduced in 2012 for all Cruze models. These include a remodeled front fascia, modified head-lamp interiors and fog lamps, and new wheel styles on the exterior and refinements to the center console and a greater choice of seat finishes for the interior.
