AMG and Cigarette racing team up again for a new Cigarette boat called 50′ Marauder. It draws inspiration from AMG’s Black Series model.
Namely, the boat is inspired by the new Mercedes C63 Black. It features similar black and white design scheme and the interior upholstered with luxurious Alcantara. Billet aluminum pieces—more than 100—are integrated throughout, customized for the AMG Black Series boat, incorporating a new formula of anodizing and corrosion resistance.
Billet is featured on the dash, grab handles, seat supports, sound system and in numerous trim accents.
One other AMG-inspired feature is the hand-applied AMG ALUBEAM silver paintwork, also available on the SLS AMG. The boat is helluva lot more powerful than the car though, with two Mercury Racing 1350 (2700 total hp.) engines.
As for the car, the new C63 Black is powered by a high-revving AMG 6.3-liter V8 developing 510 hp and a maximum torque of 457 lb-ft. It does 0-60 sprint in just 4.2 seconds and has a top speed of 186 mph.
