This is the Lamborghini SUV we’ve all been waiting for. Well, it is still very much a concept car, but if they ever decided to make it – which they probably will – it’ll look like this. Leaked online via Twitter a few days ahead of its official premiere in Beijing, Lamborghini Urus has the same sort of profile as the BMW X6, a Coupe-SUV kind of car.

The car looks similar to the renderings we had seen before. It is imposing, it is dramatic, it is sporty, and it is cool – exactly the qualities a Lambo should have. Lamborghini never disappoints with the design of its new cars. Not sure yet if the car they will show in the Chinese motor show is a working prototype or not, but the word is the production version of Urus will share most of its underpinnings with other SUVs from the VW family, including Porsche Cayenne and Audi Q7.

As with the technicalities, rumor has it the car will get a twin-turbo V8 – probably Audi-source – with 600bhp. Obviously, it will also have all-wheel-drive.
