The R-Line trim level is now also available with the new Volkswagen Passat Facelift, but only in Europe. The R-Line adds a nice touch of sport to the day to day Passat, to make living with it more interesting and more exciting. And it does that without compromising the car’s efficiency or practicality, as it’s a visual treatment.

On the outside, the Passat R-Line gets a cooler look thanks to the newly designed bumper and side skirts, as well as a gloss black rear diffuser, roof spoiler in body color, and silver roof railings for the wagon version. All models also get 17-inch alloy wheels type “Mallory” in titanuim silver, while you can also opt for the 18-inch rims.

What’s more, you can order a sport tuned suspension that lowers the suspension by 15 mm.

As for the interior, “Kyalami” sports seat with two-tone upholstery, flat-bottomed and leather-wrapped steering, steel pedals and titanium silver accents and trims, create a sporty look and feel which make you feel better a you go about your daily business in the Passat.

The Volkswagen Passat R Line costs € 30,225 in Germany.
