Creating hype for the recently revealed 2013 Toyota Camry NASCAR racer, company’s CEO Akio Toyoda went down to the oval track to have a couple of laps in his latest race car. Normally he wouldn’t bother turning up at such a event, but the new generation of NASCAR racers are designed to look more like production models, so they can affect sales. We’ve been seeing Akio in racing suit more and more recently. Last time he wore them he was promoting the GT86.
