Since its launch in 2009 many car makers tried to make a car like the BMW X6. But none of them managed to come up with something just as cool and groundbreaking as the Bavarian car. Which is why BMW has already sold more than 150,000 of the Sporty Activity Coupe. The X6 doesn’t make much sense as a car, and it’s not very practical considering its sheer size. But who cares. People like sportiness, and that’s what the X6 has in spades.
Here you can have a brief look at the latest version of the car. Visual changes are not that remarkable over the previous model, but then it’s working great, why would they change it.
The BMW X6 will again be offered in two models in the US, the X6 xDrive50i which features BMW’s 4.4-liter 400 hp TwinPower Turbo V8 and the X6 xDrive35i with BMW’s award-winning 300 hp TwinPower Turbo inline-6. Both are mated to BMW’s 8-speed automatic transmission for a unique blend of responsiveness and efficiency.
