The new Aston Martin Vanquish is the talk of the town, and rightly so. It is the replacement for the DBS which is currently one of the coolest cars money can buy. It is even more sporty and aggressive than the car it replaces, and it’s inspired by the One-77 dream car. And above all, it’s a new Aston Martin, and a new Aston Martin is always a cause for celebration. Supporting those awesome looks is a 565bhp V12 engine and a revised and refreshed interior. It is a superb car, and has a fantastic price tag too. It costs about £190K, which sounds like a lot. But then it offers 80 percent of what the One-77 does for a million quid less!
Here’s the official promo video of the Vanquish. It looks even nicer in motion:
Aston Martin Chief Executive Officer, Dr Ulrich Bez said: “AM 310 Vanquish is the ultimate expression of Aston Martin design ethos, engineering innovation and technical ability. It offers luxurious, continent-crossing capability and pure driving excitement without compromise. Bearing the same name as the iconic AM V12 Vanquish that did so much to cement Aston Martin’s reputation as a maker of great GT cars in the modern era, I believe the car unveiled today once again puts this great British brand at the top of its class. “The new AM 310 Vanquish mixes beautiful design with impressive technology such as the superb new infotainment system. This is the latest incarnation of everything we know, informed and developed from One-77. It is the ultimate Super Grand Tourer – confident and assured – and is the newest representation of Power, Beauty and Soul.”
