Mercedes G-Class, as you know, was born as a military vehicle. But with the recent models, and especially with the AMG versions, Mercedes has put too much emphasize on luxury, speed and exhaust noise. And with every celebrity now buying the G-Class as their daily driver, one might think the mighty G-Wagen has turned into a soft and cuddly car that just looks cool, but gets embarrassed by a small hill. Not so.

This car might have become more of an expensive accessory these days, but when the going gets rough, it can still cut it. It still has big, chunky, military-grade differentials underneath. It has so much grunt it will destroy the hill if it can’t get across it!
