Aston Vanquish and V12 Vantage at the Nurburgring

Vanquish Ring at Aston Vanquish and V12 Vantage at the Nurburgring

Prototypes of Aston Martin’s latest products have been spotted at the Nurburgring doing some final performance tests ahead of their market launch. We have the Aston Martin Vanquish in a lovely gold paint job, and the newer V12 Vantage Roadster. You can tell the V12 Roadster apart from its V8 counterpart with those vents in its bonnet, and of course with the sound of its engine.

The new Vanquish replaces the DBS in Aston Martin range and offers more of the same. It is more stylish, more dynamic, more powerful, and in short, more wonderful. The car inherits some of the One-77’s styling cues and gets over 560 horsepower. The interior is remarkably upgraded as well.

The V12 Roadster follows the successful coupe, and introduces a 520 horsepower drop-top, drop-dead gorgeous baby Aston. It is a hugely appealing package, but we just wish Aston would redesign those bonnet vents. They are seriously ugly.
