And here’s the ultimate Hyundai Genesis Coupe at this year’s SEMA show, the ARK Performance Genesis Coupe R-Spec. It’s a car built for track work only, hence all the aerodynamic bits hanging from it. It also has 395 horsepower and 340 lb.-ft. of torque, coming from a heavily modded V6 engine.
The carbon hood, front splitter, rear skirts, big rear wing and the racing diffuser on the exterior matched with Sparco seats, steering wheel and an 8-point racing roll cage on the interior.
To make the most of that big power ARK has also fitted the car with a new limited-slip differential, and a modified gearbox featuring a new flywheel and clutch. The uprated chassis features DTP coilover system and new connecting rods and sway bars, while an ARK big brake system has the job of stopping the car through by gripping hard at its Yokohama ADVAN RS2 tires.
