Most customized cars at the SEMA show are either too complicated to be any inspiration for enthusiasts, or too ridiculous for the real world. This nicely tuned Hyundai Genesis Coupe by FuelCulture though, this is the business. It was designed and built to give the owners of this fine coupe some ideas on how to improve it on a budget.
The Coupe feature a blended body kit on the outside, with the front bumper, side skirts, and wide rear fenders from Infinite Auto, carbon fiber trunk and spoiler from VIS, and Dupont apple red paint job.
It looks really good, but we’re not digging those Rotoform 19-inch wheels. The car could do with a set of ADV1 rims. The suspension lowering is a job well done though, thanks to BC Racing coilovers.
The tuner has also improved the Geni’s 2.0 liter Turbo engine with extra boost, revised fuel lines, new cold air intake system, new clutch, and an ARK exhaust system, among many other things.It now makes 315 horsepower and 242 lb.-ft. of torque, only 30 hp less than the V6 model.
As for the interior, new upholstery and a kicking sound system are among the main highlights. A list of all aftermarket bits on this car can be found after the pictures…
