Following these cool model cars, Mercedes also released a new range of genuine accessories for the CLS Shooting Brake. The collection consists of more than 100 items, ranging from transport solutions, to telematics systems, and styling features including a couple of nice alloy wheels.
On the top of the list you find items like Drive Kit Plus for the iPhone priced at 699 euros, offering full integration of your smartphone with the car enabling services like Garmin with internet-based real-time traffic information, online POI search including Street View and 3D map view. Further functions include: Facebook, Twitter, internet radio, AUPEO! Personal Radio and the real-time location-sharing system Glympse.
There is more Apple stuff, with iPad Rear Integration Plus docking station for 329 euros, and a portable one for 229 euros. They come with a holder that can be tilted and also rotated through 90°. Onboard charger is included.
A step further is the Rear Seat Entertainment System for 684 euros, including two 17.8 cm screens with integrated DVD player, USB and SD-card interfaces, as well as infrared headphones and remote control. Complementing that is a Becker MAP PILOT costing 654.50 euros.
Main highlights of the transport solutions systems include a rear-mounted cycle rack for attachment to the trailer coupling available in two versions; one for two bikes (499 euros) and one for three bikes (599 euros), Alustyle basic carrier bars (399 euros), a bike rack or a ski and snowboard rack (from 99 euros), or genuine roof boxes from Mercedes-Benz available in three sizes(from 375 euros).
Accessories to personalize the interior include illuminated door sill panels (from 665 euros) and wood/leather steering wheels in almond beige or black with burr walnut or poplar (792 euros). Thanks to the three child seat models BABY-SAFE plus II (319 euros), DUO plus (from 377 euros) and KIDFIX (from 259 euros). Available alloys wheels come in 17″, 18″ and 19″ sizes and in different designs.
