This could very well be an unintentional leak, but Mercedes just released a teaser video for the new CLA 45 AMG. It’s weird, because both the CLA and the A45 AMG – which are the bases for this car – are yet to be revealed. Still, it is a very interesting prospect to have a compact CLS-like sedan with a powerful, yet efficient engine.

The CLA 45 AMG will almost certainly be powered by a 2.0 liter four-cylinder turbo engine, and get a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, and probably four-wheel-drive. Well, that is the setup for the Mercedes A45 AMG hatchback, and this car is a sedan version of that. This car could be Mercedes equivalent of BMW 1M Coupe.
