We’ve seen the new BMW M6 Gran Coupe a number of times before, but these are the first officially official pictures of the car that have leaked out ahead of the car’s debut at the 2013 Detroit Motor Show.

Even if you missed seeing the M6 GC at the Nurburing event and have no clue about it, all you have to do is combine the the normal Gran Coupe with an M6 in your mind. BMW didn’t bother changing this car further and give it a unique character, maybe because they figured people will buy this anyway.

Technical details are also the same as the M6, with a 4.4 liter bi-turbo V8 responsible for making 560 hp, which is delivered to the rear wheels via an MCT transmission and a trick M differential, after passing through a couple of electronic overlords of course.

So no, there is nothing new about this car left for BMW to reveal, except for the price.
