Volkswagen will unveil an all-new seven-seater crossover model for the American market at the upcoming Detroit Motor Show, and this sketch does a good job of teasing it. Initially it will be revealed as a concept, but production is almost certain.

The new 7-Seater VW is not a full-on SUV like the Touareg, but more of a jacked-up MPV, if you will. This is VW’s first vehicle with three rows of seat to be offered in America. It looks large, even in the drawing, and features cool styling details such as low roof and large wheels. Mind you, this is the concept version. The final production version may differ.

The car will be unveiled tomorrow in Detroit, but details are expected to be released sooner.
