Based on the picture of the new generation Mercedes E-Class and the latest spyshots, here’s a very good rendering of what the new Mercedes E63 AMG would look like. The executive super saloon is set for debut at the 2013 NAIAS before going on sale later this year.

As is the case with AMG versions of normal Mercs, the E63 gets different front grille, bumpers, side skirts, and a rear diffuser, plus large AMG wheels. We have to say, though, we do hope the real thing would have a smaller mouth than this rendering. It is a bit ungainly to be honest.

Performance-wise, the E63 will feature a 5.5 liter biturbo V8 engine developing something in the neighborhood of 550 horsepower. There are rumors that the E63 will come by default with 4Matic AWD system, but it’s not official yet.
