Granted, folding mirrors and power tailgate are not features worthy of making a TV commercial about, but there isn’t that many new things about the 2014 Sorento Kia can boast. And anyway, it is a good ad. Well, it made us smile.

It is about a stubborn dad who insists on parking in a tight spot, and utilizes the Sorento’s power-folding mirrors and programmable power liftgate to save face. Come to think of it, this is the way all of us who live in big cities park, isn’t it?
