Celebrating 30 years of Caddy, Volkswagen announced a new limited edition version of the car for the British market, called, you guessed it, Edition 30. They will only make 117 units of this model with distinctive visual features and tons of equipment.

Caddy Edition 30 comes with black roof and roof rails against a Candy White paintwork, making a nice contrast, body-coloured bumpers, door handles and door mirrors, plus chrome grille detailing, 17-inch ‘Budapest’ alloy wheels and Edition 30 logo on the door sills and exterior. We have to say, this is one good-looking van.

The engine of choice for the VW Caddy Edition 30 is the 2.0-liter TDI 140 PS unit, which does 0 to 60 in 10 seconds and returns 47.1 mpg (44.8 with DSG).

As for the features and equipment, you can count on Bluetooth connectivity, Climatic air conditioning, leather steering wheel, an upgraded RCD 310 radio/CD unit, electric windows, electrically adjustable and heated door mirrors, tailgate with heated rear window and wash/wipe, height adjustable driver’s and passenger’s seats, plus front fog lights. All these make it more pleasant to live with the car.

Prices start from £17,660 for manual models, and £19,060 for DSG.
