You have probably read about the Mercedes SLS GT, and the fact that it has more power than the standard car, and features a revised suspension. And you probably thought it is not going to make a blind bit of difference in the way the car behaves. Well, that is true on the road, but on the race track, the changes really do pay dividends; as Matt Farah shows us in this video.
Matt hits Willow Springs for a few not so fast laps, but that is enough for the GT to prove it is worth the extra money over the normal SLS – no obsolete – because it is that much sharper and more responsive.
It still plays ball if you are mad and want to do smokey slidey stuff, but overall, the SLS GT is more a gentleman now.
