Chrysler released a video showing off the new Jeep Cherokee’s off-road capabilities. The interesting thing is, they don’t actually show the car. That makes sense, not because of their intention to make us think wow it must be a Rang Rover or something, but because the 2014 Cherokee is so weird-looking they are probably embarrassed to show its face!

Regardless of the looks, this thing does really possess some serious off-road potential. Check it out:

Set to debut at the 2014 New York International Auto Show, the all-new 2014 Jeep Cherokee will be built in the United States at Chrysler Group’s Toledo Assembly Plant in Toledo, Ohio, and will arrive in dealer showrooms in the third quarter of 2013.
