You have probably heard about Top Gear Korea’s helicopter versus car challenge that went terribly wrong. Now they released extended footage of the test and the crash, and although they do not reveal the cause of the crash, you do get a good look at the wrecked AH1 Cobra.

The challenge was staged in America, and the idea was to put two American icons against each other in a race around the test track. The Corvette ZR1 actually did great against the military chopper and beat it around the track, but then again, something must have been wrong the Cobra, hence the crash.

Fortunately both pilots of the Cobra walked out without injuries. Now they have to work out who is going to pay the bill for the destroyed helicopter!
