AMG opens their first dedicated Performance Center in Britain at Mercedes-Benz World during a special ceremony with over a 1,000 guests attending with over 600 AMG cars. The ceremony also marked the UK debut of the new A45 AMG and the SLS Black Series.

The AMG Performance Center will always have a wide range of AMG models on display, with the special ones like the Black Series models featured in a different area. Also on display is the  the SLS AMG GT3, boasting the Company’s roots in motorsport.

The Center also offers a nice and relaxing seating area for the visitor and customers with unique AMG features such as a larger than life engine badge on the wall to communicate the “one man – one engine” philosophy, and TV screens showing what is going on inside the AMG factory.

This place is not as awesome as those ‘Lounges’ AMG has made for its customers in Germany, but it is a very nice place for the fans of the brand. They say the Performance Center is intended to develop an even closer relationship with visitors and customers.
