Remember that old French movie Taxi? It was about a racing driver guy who worked with his racing Peugeot as a taxi driver in Paris. Now inspired by the film, Renault made this promotional video for the Megane Trophy V6. The race car dresses as a taxi for the day, giving its unsuspecting passenger a fast tour of the capital city.

Renault Megane Trophy is powered by a 400 horsepower V6 engine and features a six-speed sequential gearbox. The car competes in Renault Trophy series as well as endurance races such as the Nurburgring 24 hours. Renault also makes limited edition road-going versions of this car with smaller engines.
