Mercedes Benz UK announced the official pricing of the latest and greatest version of the E-Class executive saloon in the British market. We’re talking about the super sporty E63 AMG S-Model, which is now available, starting from £83,740 for the Saloon and £85,530 for the Estate.

The S-Model is in many ways the perfect car for the UK. It has a significant power increase over the normal E63 – 28 hp and 80 Nm – and we all know how much the Brits appreciate performance, and it also has four-wheel-drive, which again suits UK’s often rainy weather.

To give you more facts and figures, the S-Model reaches 62 mph from a standing start in just 4.1 seconds for the Saloon and 4.2 seconds for the Estate. The economy is the same, with 28.5 mpg, and emissions of 232 g/km for the saloon, and 28.3 combined mpg and CO₂ emissions of 234 g/km for the Estate.

There are some visual differences as well, including a high-gloss black front apron with silver-shadow splitter, side sill panels and rear trim strip with silver-shadow inserts, an AMG spoiler in body colour, 19 inch AMG alloy wheels painted in Titanium matt grey, red brake calipers, and ‘S’ labelling on the boot lid. The interior comes with black nappa leather upholstery with grey contrast stitching, silver seat belts, an AMG emblem in the headrests, an electric rear roller blind for the Saloon, and illuminated side sills.
