These are the first official images of the new BMW 4 Series Convertible, apparently from the car’s accessories brochure, leaked onto the web. Complementing the 4 Series range, the convertible model, like its predecessor, features a folding hardtop.
The previous convertible 3-Series (E90 Series) was one of the best-looking modern BMWs. There was an elegant simplicity in its design that made it, and all its siblings, so desirable. The new 4 Series based on the F30/32 model is also good, but not quite as charming.
Just like the 4 Series Coupe and the M4, the BMW 4 Series Convertible inherits the unibrow look at the front, while its hips look like they could use a breather. Regardless of the looks though, this is still the finest four-seater convertible this side of the Maserati Gran Cabrio.
Technically, while the official details are yet to be released, it is almost certain that the BMW 4 Series Convertible will get the same powertrains and trim levels as the Coupe, including the high performance M variant.
