People in turtleneck jumpers and small spectacles always say that a car cannot be art. Well, here’s something to prove them wrong. Of course a Maserati is art in itself. But when it’s styled by a tuner like DMC, and shot by Chinese artist PRIMAGE, the end result is worthy of a prominent position in Louvre.
DMC Maserati GranTurismo Sovrano features various styling bits such as Stradale bumpers, GT3 hood, smoked lights, carbon fiber diffuser and tail spoiler. The GranTurismo is still one of the best looking coupes available in the market, and although it’s getting old now, its sex appeal shows no signs of diminishing. It has aged like Catherine Zeta Jones has aged.
DMC’s styling elements serve as a nice compliment to the car’s legendary design, and make it even more desirable. That’s the thing about exotic Italian cars. Even when they go wrong – and they indeed will at some point – you can just use them as garden ornaments; something to enjoy looking at.
