This year at the SEMA show in Las Vegas Hyundai will unveil at least one tricked-out version of every model in their range. This is what one of the custom Veloster Turbo models prepared by Fox Marketing, featuring special body work, heavy engine tuning, and revamped interior.
Fox Marketing Hyundai Veloster Turbo has been subjected to a pretty thorough engine treatment. So much so that it has now become, possibly, the most powerful 1.6 liter car in the world. It makes an staggering 370 horsepower… from 1,600 cc!
The list engine mods, as you’d expect, is very long. It includes a new 845 Motorsports turbo upgrade, BorgWarner EFR turbo, front-mounted intercooler, AEM water/methanol injection system, VP Racing 101-octane performance fuel and an ECU tune from SeoulfulRacing.
Fox Marketing Veloster makes very nearly twice the power of the standard car, but it only comes with a few chassis upgrades to cope with it. It gets ARK Performance 35-way adjustable coil-overs, UNIQ Performance strut tower brace, and ImportShark mid-brace, chassis brake, lower tie bar, cross-bracing, and sway bars.
Visually, the car gets a new front spoiler, massively buffed up fenders, Genesis Coupe fog lights, custom fascias, and R-M Oynx HD Waterborne SkyAqua Pearl color from BASF. Inside you find Takata Street Pro LE reclining racing seats front and rear with 4-point harness.
