Onyx Cars, an old and prestigious tuner of luxury cars, revealed on its Facebook the first images of the GTVX tuning kit they have prepared for the new Bentley Continental, the facelifted model. It is based on the V8 model and not only benefits from an engine tune; it also features a very cool body kit.

That car is not subtle, as those who have seen the works of this tuner before would expect. Onyx Bentley Continental GTVX sits 10mm lower and 30mm wider than the standard GT, so it has a more imposing presence. It also gets revised bumpers and spoilers and grilles, as well as new side skirts and a sizable diffuser, which play a major part in giving the aggressive new look.

That’s a good thing, because Onyx Bentley Continental GTVX is also quite aggressive underneath. So thanks to those looks it won’t suffer from split personality. Onyx has tuned the V8 engine in this car to 600 horsepower, which lowers the 0 to 100 km/h sprint time to less than 4 seconds; pretty astonishing for a car of this size.

Thanks to the sport suspension setup and new 22-inch wheels, the car should be pretty stable as well while you explore its limits. The handling is also improved, but don’t expect the Conti GT to suddenly turn into a sports car.
