Volkswagen is getting into Super Bowl spirit by releasing a teaser trailer for their commercial. VW has always been great with commercials, especially the ones they made for big event like the Super Bowl. And if this teaser is anything to go by, this year won’t be any different.

In a very un-Germanic move, Volkswagen Super Bowl Ad starts with mocking the German’s obsession with engineering. They have apparently developed an algorithm to make the “ultimate commercial for your big American football festival.” Then they continue with mocking the festival itself, and pretty much everything about the American culture.

And it features Carmen Electra! Must. Watch.

Well it certainly looks very amusing, and not just because of Carmen Electra. Maybe Jaguar can learn a thing or two from Volkswagen about celebrity cameo in their ads. The Brits have made a short film featuring names like Ben Kingsley and Mark Strong, which is fantastic, but we’re not sure the average football-watching American has the faintest idea who these guys are. Carmen Electra they know, but Sir Ben, we doubt it.
