The latest creation of Kahn Design’s Chelsea Truck Company is a new take on the Jeep Wrangler Sahara 2.8 Diesel. They call this car a triathlete, for its toughness in coping even the most active lifestyle, and the fact that it’s a multi-talented car.
Kahn Design Jeep Wrangler could be a stylish city runabout one minute, and an aggressive and versatile mud plugger the next. You can take your kids to school in it, or use it to jump start a plane. And above all this, it is an extremely cool machine.
The treatment Kahn and his design team are proposing for the Sahara Diesel includes, on the outside, Kahn brake calipers, colour coded side rear panels, door handles, body colour door mirrors, fuel filler cap, smoked headlamps, horizontal LED daytime running lights, door entry sill plates in stainless steel, military smoked headlamps and side repeaters, privacy tinted glass, rear sections, and rear spare wheel.
The highlights of this vehicle include a bespoke Jeep front grille and Kahn’s distinctive cross hair exhausts in stainless steel, not to mention Kahn RS 20-inch wheels in smoked black finish.
As for the interior, while the owner can choose every last detail in terms of colors and materials, Kahn offers a special leather upholstery that’s easy to wash and doesn’t absorb too much odor, and is therefore perfect for tough off-road work.
