Mercedes-Benz quietly announced the details of the Edition 1, or First Edition, of the new C-Class W205. These are a series of uniquely-equipped models available only in the first 12 months of the car’s production. They cost more, but they also offer better features and, of course, exclusivity.
The 2014 Mercedes C-Class Edition 1 is based on the Avantgarde trim level, fitted with 19-inch wheels in different designs and finishes, including the new Himalaya gray. It also comes with Edition 1 fender badges, and a range of exclusive colors including polar white, palladium silver, obsidian black, iridium silver, diamond silver, and designo diamond white bright.
You find more evidence of exclusivity inside the cabin, where there is designo Nappa leather upholstery in black or white, Nappa leather accents on the steering wheel and center console, black fabric roof lining, AMG sills, and velour floor mats.
