We just showed you a fancy, and pretty much pointless, VW multi-purpose vehicle by Italdesign. Now let’s see a real one by Volkswagen themselves. This is the Multivan Alltrack Concept, showcasing what the future holds for commercial vehicles of this type. The car has multiple talents, hence the name Multivan.

Volkswagen Multivan Alltrack features a spacious interior, 4Motion all-wheel-drive system, and a rugged yet handsome exterior featuring “Moonstone Mother of Pearl Effect” color. So the number of scenarios in which it can be use is limitless.

Inside it features high quality, durable materials with great functionality and ruggedness, including stitched grey-blue seats of the finest natural leather by the Poltrona Frau brand and dark brown genuine wood boat floor produced in “vinterio technology”. The concept also features an infotainment system with a capacitive 8-inch touchscreen and Dynaudio sound system.

Volkswagen Multivan Alltrack is powered by a 2.0 liter TDI diesel engine with 132 kW/180 PS, coupled with Haldex multi-plate rear axle and Crafter 4MOTION with all-wheel drive from Achleitner, sending the power to all 19-inch wheels, giving the car great versatility.
