Looks like the guys at W Motors, a Lebanon-based car maker, were serious about launching the world’s first Middle Eastern super car. When they first announced the Lykan Hypersport and revealed its staggering $3.4 million price tag, we thought they are a bunch of dreamers. But they have made the prototypes and are now in Monaco, as it turns out, marketing the car.
In this video you get to see the Lykan Hypersport up close and personal and appreciate its Huayra-like body panels and powerful soundtrack.
Now you might be thinking that is not a sound worthy of a $3.4 million hyper car. And it really isn’t. The main reason the Lykan costs that much is because they have fitted it with stuff like diamond-coated LED lights and gold-stitched leather seats. But even if you take the extra garnish out, the car would still cost well over $1 million due to the fact that it is a limited edition super machine powered by a 750 horsepower and 1000 Nm flat-six turbo Porsche engine tuned by RUF.
Lykan Hypersport has a top speed of 390 km/h.
