Cadillac today released the pricing details of the new ATS Coupe ahead of the car’s launch at the end of this summer. According to this information, a 2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe with a 2.0L turbocharged will cost you $38,990, including a $995 destination charge.
Now, Cadillac is adamant that the ATS Coupe is more than just a two-door version of the sedan. Not that there is anything wrong with the ATS sedan. In fact, it is one of the best sports sedans in the American market. But they say the Coupe has its own identity.
Apart from specific front and rear fascia, 2015 Cadillac ATS also gets its own roof, doors, rear fenders and trunk lid. What’s more, the Coupe has a lower roof line and a wide track (0.8-inch). It also sits lower (1.1) on 18-inch wheels, but ironically it is longer than the sedan by 0.8 inches. Despite all this, Caddy ATS Coupe is more of a luxury coupe than a sporty one.
2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe is available with rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, and a choice of two powertrains including a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder and a 3.6L six-cylinder. The price of the V6 model has not been revealed yet.
