Cadillac revealed a new CTS-V Coupe and the first thing that strikes you about it is the fact that it is actually very old. The car is not based on the new, fancy CTS sedan, but rather the old version. It is a send-off for this generation of the car before all its variants get replaced with new-look versions.
Despite being a special, limited edition, all things about the 2015 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe are very familiar actually. You get a 556-horsepower (415kW) supercharged V-8 engine, Cadillac’s Magnetic Ride Control, Brembo brakes, and a V-Series body kit with larger air intakes and a couple of spoilers here and there.
Special features setting this model apart include an exclusive Ebony interior with red contrast stitching, Recaro performance seats, metal pedals, Midnight Sapele wood trim, microfiber suede-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, dark-finish V grille, satin graphite wheels and red brake calipers.
Limited to 500 units, 2015 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe starts from $72,195, including a $995 destination charge and $1,300 gas guzzler tax. You can opt for manual or automatic gearbox, and the only optional extra is a $700 sunroof.
