Remember this very special McLaren P1 MSO spotted in Monaco a while back? Turns out it is actually an Italian P1, and hitherto the only P1 sold and registered in Italy. It has been filmed recently flexing its muscles on some open roads, putting on a good show for the spectators.

What sets this P1 apart is the MSO (McLaren Special Operations) treatment. It is actually a fairly basic model – at least as far as million Euro hyper cars are concerned – with a dark grey paint job and black wheels. What MSO has done is paint a couple of very unique red stripes on it, and customize the interior with a combination of red and range. These simple changes take the P1 to a whole new level.
