McLaren P1 is a technological masterpiece, one of the most advanced automobiles ever made. But let’s face it, most of the people who buy – who can afford to buy it – don’t really care about that. All they want is the latest and most expensive toy, and they want it to look as striking as possible. That is why most P1 buyers have their cars customized McLaren Special Operations (MSO).

Here’s an example of what this operators can for your car. This unique McLaren P1 MSO was recently spotted in the Principality of Monaco, in company of a Pagani Zonda F. The exterior is finished in a dark metallic grey, which is not impressive at all, but garnished with by orange accents all over. It has been done with very good taste.

Orange accents are found on the hood, the sides, and the rear, where they complement the shape of the taillights. The brake calipers are also finished in the same color. We can also see that the same two-tone theme has been applied to the interior, but instead of orange the owner has opted for red.

This McLaren P1 MSO evidently features a pretty basic visual treatment. They can do a lot more for you, if the check you write has a sufficient number of zeros.
