Japan is one of the countries where special edition BMW’s sell like hot cakes. BMW, naturally, responds to this phenomenon by launching a new JDM-special model almost every other week. This is the latest, a unique Z4 called the GT Spirit.
That is a cool name for a two-door convertible sports car, and no, it probably has no link to our colleagues at GTspirit.com! BMW Z4 GT Spirit is an sDrive20i model which means it is powered by a 2.0 liter four-cylinder engine, developing 185 horsepower and 270 nm of torque.
As for the exclusive features that set the BMW Z4 GT Spirit apart from the normal models, you get M sport body kit, 19-inch M wheels, Alpine white body, and M racing colors adorning the front apron. This car is a celebratory model to mark the Z4 GT3 victory in the Super GT series, so it makes sense.
Inside, BMW Z4 GT Spirit Edition comes with sport leather seat featuring Alcantara inserts and orange accents, aluminum sport pedals, and M-branded door sills. Production is limited to 60 units.
