The guys from Driven by Torque managed to get up close and personal with a black example of the ultra-rare, ultra-expensive Lamborghini Veneno Roadster at the car maker’s headquarters. People have mixed feelings about this car, but whichever way you cut it, it is damn impressive.
Truth be told, Lamborghini Veneno is a silly thing. It is an Aventador fitted with an extremely vulgar carbon fiber kit that makes it look like something out of a Japanese robot cartoon, and people who are willing to spend $4 million on it have more money than sense.
But who cares if it’s silly. The fact is, The Veneno, especially in this Roadster format, is a sight to behold. We especially like the amazing black paint job combined with the red interior. Red is also used to accent off the massive aero parts on this car as well as the brake calipers and tires sidewall.
Lamborghini Veneno Roadster is a more common sight these days than the hardtop version. They built only 3 units of that car for customers, all of them delivered. The Roadster will be copied 9 times.
