A day ahead of its official debut, the first pictures and a video of Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo race car hit the web. The finished product is not wearing a camo wrap as shown in the teasers, but rather a cool matte gray pint job adorned by red and white accents.
The Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo will replace the old Gallardo Super Trofeo in the car’s official one-make racing series, Blancpain Super Trofeo. Private teams can buy this car and race in the series, but it’s not limited to that. Individual who are looking for a top-notch track toy can also get one of these.
Based on the production Huracan, the Super Trofeo version is stripped-out and lightened, and features a racing body kit consisting of front splitter, side skirts, rear diffuser and rear wing. The kit is complemented with racing suspension, brakes, electronics, and a set of slick tires.
Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo will be revealed officially tomorrow at The Quail motorsport event in Monterey.
