Choosing the right Mercedes AMG GT has just got a lot harder as they have added two new styling packages to the options list. That means if you want to order a GT you have to choose between the standard model, S-Model, Edition 1, the Night Package, and now Carbon and Silver Chrome Package.
That last three are of course visual packages that don’t make that big a difference in the way the car looks anyway. What they do is add a number of subtle details to make the AMG GT look more refined and sophisticated. If you want a fully-loaded GT with extras, get the Edition 1.
But if you are a fan of subtle styling tweaks, then let us tell you about the details of these new packs, starting with the Carbon Package. Priced at 4,700 Euros, this kit comes with a carbon fiber front spoiler, rear diffuser, Diamond Grill in black with louver in high gloss black, gloss black air intake grilles, side vents, and mudguards and mirror caps in carbon fiber.
The Silver Chrome Package for Mercedes AMG GT costs a more modest 1,130 Euros and adds, as the name suggests, chrome silver parts including front spoiler, grille inserts, side vents, diffuser fins, and roof line decorative rod above the side windows in aluminium silver.
